You can work on developing your biceps and overall arm strength with bodyweight exercises like chin-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, and dips. Here’s a breakdown of the exercise:

Description: The strongman arm flex is not an exercise but a pose that showcases muscularity. However, you can develop your biceps and arm strength through other exercises.

Stretch: Before performing the exercise, you can stretch your arms and shoulders to prevent injury and improve flexibility. A few examples of stretches you can do are arm circles, shoulder rolls, and tricep stretches.

Warm-up: To warm up your body, you can do a few sets of push-ups, dips, and pull-ups. This will get your blood flowing and prepare your muscles for the work ahead.

How to select the proper weight: Since the strongman arm flex is not an exercise that requires weights, there’s no need to select a weight.

Proper form:

  1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Clench your fists and flex your biceps.
  3. Tighten your abdominal muscles and chest.
  4. Hold the pose for a few seconds.

How to reduce difficulty: There’s no need to reduce the difficulty of the strongman arm flex since it’s not an exercise.

How to increase difficulty: There’s no need to increase the difficulty of the strongman arm flex since it’s not an exercise.

Reps: The strongman arm flex is not an exercise that requires reps.
